Straith serves as office manager, assists with project production, oversees support service staff, assists with grants management, coordinates grant preparation and proposal review activities. She previously served as an administrative secretary, managing a staff of five in an educational setting, and has spent several years in management in private business. She has an associates degree from Mott Community College and attended the Detroit College of Business. Other interests include grandchildren, bicycling, reading and travel.
