Victoria Pebbles
Associate Program Manager

Pebbles assists in transportation and sustainable development issues, research and policy analysis, focusing primarily on initiatives related to land use, brownfields redevelopment as well as sustainable development. She also supports congressional advocacy efforts and the Ecosystem Charter for the Great Lakes-St. Lawrence Basin.

Her experience includes positions with several congressional offices, U.S. EPA and the Coastal States Organization. She holds a master's degree in natural resources from the University of Michigan and a bachelor's degree in environmental studies from the University of California at Santa Cruz.
