reference table data for data release 231.

Oracle starter database for RAPIDS version 2.4.1 and
containing all data releases through RAPIDS data release

Anywhere database patch for RAPIDS Maintenance Release

15) MOBILE6_TO_RAPIDS_EXTERNAL_DESIGN_V9.DOC - the MOBILE6
Link to RAPIDS External Design document that was developed
to implement Tasks 2, 7, and 8 of the GLC Phase 11 RAPIDS 
project.


Docs\Design\NIF3 folder:

16) NEI - AREA AND NON ROAD MOBILE SOURCE FILE LAYOUTS_NIF3.XLS - 
Excel spreadsheet containing the file formats and external
design for NIF 3.0 area and non-road mobile source imports 
and exports to RAPIDS.

17) NEI - ON-ROAD MOBILE SOURCE FILE LAYOUTS_NIF3.XLS - 
Excel spreadsheet containing the file formats and external
design for NIF 3.0 on-road mobile source imports and exports
to RAPIDS.

18) NEI - POINT SOURCE FILE LAYOUTS_NIF3.XLS - 
Excel spreadsheet containing the file formats and external
design for NIF 3.0 point source imports and exports
to RAPIDS.

The above three spreadsheets were developed to implement 
Tasks 1, 3, 5, and 6 of the GLC Phase 11 RAPIDS project.


Docs\System folder:

19) 10_BRFDE.DOC - updated Chapter 10 (Brief Table Descriptions)
of the RAPIDS System Documentation, describing the table and
column names in the RAPIDS database.

20) 5_IMPORT.DOC - updated Chapter 5 (Importing Data Into RAPIDS)
of the RAPIDS System Documentation, describing the file names
and file formats used to import data into RAPIDS.

The above two documents were modified as part of Tasks 1, 2, 4, 
and 5 of the GLC Phase 11 RAPIDS project.
