In this issue of Keeping it on the Land, we detail the 11 grant projects awarded (selected from 84 grant applications) under the Great Lakes Basin Program for Soil Erosion and Sediment Control for the 2009 fiscal year. Due to restricted funding this year, the Task Force Selection Committee limited the individual grant awards to small scale grants at a maximum of $30,000 per grant.
Total grant funding for 2009 amounts to $289,515.
