Shipping and Handling
With our online ordering system, it's easier than ever to order a publication! If a hardcopy is available, there will be an link under the publication's price.

Please note that there will be a minimum $2.00 shipping and handling fee (U.S.) per publication/product order. You can pay via credit card (online, by fax, or by phone), or personal check by mail. Your order will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

There will be an extra $1.00 (U.S.) charged for orders shipped to Canada, and an extra $2.00 (U.S.) charged for orders shipped outside of the U.S.A. or Canada.

Discounts
By ordering 10 copies or more of the same title, you'll receive a 10% discount on your entire publication order.*
Your discount will be applied before the shipping and handling fee.
