New York Land Use Roundtable

The New York Land Use Roundtable is part of the Great Lakes Commission’s state land use policy roundtable series to promote linkages between urban revitalization and greenfields protection in individual Great Lakes states throughout the region. A Steering Committee comprised of more than 30 state, regional and local representatives guided the design and conduct of a policy roundtable to address emerging open space and land use planning issues and initiatives in New York with a particular focus on the Great Lakes basin portion of the state.

On September 18, 2007, the New York Roundtable was conducted at the State University of New York Plaza, Albany, New York.
